We are now open at full capacity.

We’re continuing to keep some of our COVID-19-focused cleaning routines around the whole park. There are still multiple hand sanitisers around the park. Please use them, and our bathroom washing facilities when you can.

WAIVERS

We ask you to sign our waiver before you jump at Cloud 9 Palmy. We need to be sure that you've read the rules and are prepared to follow these rules before you use our equipment. You can sign this electronically when you book or when you arrive at the park. Thank you!

We take you and your children's safety very seriously, so we've gone above and beyond to give our play area extra safety features.

• Special trampoline area for children under 110cm. This keeps both our littlies and our older kids safe and having fun.

• Special depth on our foam pits. We are required to allow 1.5m - we've put in 2m of foam. If your kids make it to the bottom, they will find a trampoline and foam mattress (vs a hard surface) giving them extra protection from injury.

Trampolining is a high-risk activity. We've done what we can to make it as safe as possible for you and those around you – but please follow our rules and listen to our staff. You may be asked to leave if you do not.
