Parties and functions at Cloud 9 - let us take care of your celebration
We have two party options
Weekend party package (Sat, Sun)
Weekday room-only hire (Mon, Tues, Wed, Thurs. Fri)
To see availability go to our booking page and choose the date you'd like. If the booking system says 'online sales are closed' it means you are looking at a date which is too close to the current date.
Once you booked the weekend package, you are able to change the number of kids at the party up until the beginning of the week of the party. Minimum numbers for the weekend parties are 6 and maximum 12. You will get an email from our team at the beginning of the week before your party and you can change numbers at that point.

Cloud 9 party package (weekends only)
We provide the food and drink and clean up afterwards. You just enjoy watching the kids have fun!
FOOD - Party snack food. This includes saveloys, fruit and veggies and dip, chocolate-covered donut, snack food and lollies.
DRINK - 1 slushie per child
INCLUDES
- entry to park
- party area for 2 hours, with the first 1.5 hours being jump time
NUMBERS - min 6 max 12 guests per party area
Cloud 9 do all the clean up!

$30 per person
TIMING
10.30am - 12.30pm, 1.30 - 3.30pm
ADD-ONS
- grip socks $3 each (or bring your own)
NOTE
Please arrive 10-15min prior to your booking to allow time to watch the safety briefing/purchase grip socks etc.
You must confirm numbers of guests one week before the party.
Party room hire only (weekdays only)
Your own room at Cloud 9! You hire the room and cater yourself, cleaning up and taking away all your rubbish afterwards. Entry to the park and grip socks are additional.
FOOD - you bring your own, but add-ons like barista-made coffee, cakes, slices, packets of chippies, slushies and milkshakes are available for purchase.

TIMING
11am-1pm, 3.30pm-5pm, 6pm-8pm
Jump sessions to be booked for first hour (11-12, 3.30-5.30pm and 6-8pm)

PRICING
$50 to hire room plus a $50 deposit to secure room. So you will be charged $100 and refunded the $50 deposit if the room is cleaned and rubbish removed.

ABOUT OUR PARTY SPACES
Cloud 9 Trampoline Park has three party areas.
You may have some non-paying guests in the party area such as accompanying adults. We recommend a maximum of 20 people in the space.
The spaces are decorated with bunting and other decor. You may bring some of your own decorations - within reason. Please no sellotape on walls or taping over equipment like smoke alarms! Also no confetti as it just takes too long for staff to clean up in-between parties sorry.
One of the bonuses of our party areas are TV screens where you can view the kids having fun on the tramps. Or you can bring along a USB with photos or messages for the party and display them during your party.
OUR main seating AREA
Please, our tables in the main part of the park are for parents and carers watching their kids and having something to eat and drink with their families from our counter food. We love seeing kids coming to the park for their birthday, and you are welcome to purchase food and drink for your group, but please do not set up your party in this seating area.
Bookings are essential and we require a deposit to secure the space.
Terms and conditions
Party package has a minimum of six children
Both party packages have a maximum of 12 guests in each party area.
Bookings are not confirmed until Cloud 9 has received payment (either a 50% deposit or full payment). Pay on the day for remainder.
Booking to be made and deposit paid 8 days before party
Cancellation up to two weeks before party will forfeit deposit
Cancellation less than two weeks before event will forfeit full payment.
